What user data do we collect?
Securo collects data about the use of this Site, Services and Securo communications. This may include some or all of the following:
- Non-personally identifiable data: Users' language preference, IP address, browser, operating system etc. are aggregated and analyzed in order to improve the Site. Users may disable cookies in their browser settings but this may create difficulty in navigating the site.
User account data: The Site and Securo Services use OpenID registration, which allows users to use their existing accounts with Google, Facebook, etc. to register for Securo Services. Authorized Securo administrators may view some of the user information from those accounts which could include: name, profile photo, address (including nation and postal code), OpenID identifier, username, gender, date of birth, email address, and/or time zone; depending on the OpenID provider and the user's account settings. Only username and email are stored in Securo databases, in order to provide the Services to registered users. Users are advised to consult the privacy policies of their OpenID providers. User privacy settings can be modified at any time through the user's OpenID provider.
Debugging data: the Services may send anonymous, non-personally identifiable data about the type of device used to access the Services to Securo in order to improve the Services.
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To personalize your experience
(information like your language preference helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
- To improve our Site, our Services and our customer service
(we continually strive to improve our Services based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
- To send periodic emails
(in the case of users that have not opted out of email)
- To provide the Services at your request.

Easytimestamping stores only time stamp response files. These files contain no personally identifiable information. No user files are ever transmitted.
All transactions to purchase Easytimestamping services are handled securely by PayPal (PayPal, Inc., 2211 North First Street, San Jose, California 95131). More information on PayPal's security and privacy policies can be found at http://www.paypal.com.
Metapicz reads and displays the metadata of image files that users submit. In order to do this, the metadata, which may include the photographer's name, geolocation, camera serial number and image thumbnail, among other information, is transmitted to Securo's servers to be processed. This data is never stored.
How do we protect user data?
We have adopted a number of security measures to keep user email addresses safe.
We do not and will never sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
